JOB SUMMARY: Assist with maintaining the exterior casino grounds. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Thoroughly clean windows as directed by Supervisor/Manager. Ensure that outside areas are free from trash, and all outside ash urns and receptacles are empty. Follow and adhere to High Dust schedule set. Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures. Complete any special projects assigned. May perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. MATHMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. REQUIRED PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Responsible for fostering a fun environment. Responsible for being gracious to all guests and co- workers. Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company- sponsored events.
