We're looking for a professional account executive who can maintain the fantastic relationships that Yellowbird has built over the last 11 years, while also finding new opportunities to accelerate growth in key retail accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

Build programs to achieve double digit sales growth in Whole Foods, Sprouts, HEB, Natural Grocers, NCG, INFRA, Meijer, and possibly other accounts depending on previous experience.

Manage P&L for these accounts

Manage network of brokers and contract sales reps

Help design and implement the trade marketing strategies for these accounts (in-store, digital, etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with key distributor reps

Perform sales trainings, sample deliveries, and brand education for all accounts within the assigned territory

Attend regional and national trade shows as necessary

New item setup paperwork as necessary

Maintain library of brand assets

Requirements

What's required:

3-5 years of national grocery account management

Experience working with UNFI and KeHE a must

Experience managing a trade spend and revenue targets a must

Relocation to Austin metro area

Reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license

Proficiency with Google Workspaces and Microsoft Office programs required. Experience with (url removed) a plus.
