Description BlueForce, Inc. is seeking for Deputy Program Managers (DPM) to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. General Duties and Responsibilities: The Deputy Program Manager's duties include, but are not limited to: DPM will have overall responsibility for in-country operations. DPM will interface with the Program Manager and in-country USG representatives designated by INL. Provide all reporting information required under the task orders accurately, thoroughly, and timely. Resolve issues related to program performance. Serve as a primary point of contact with local staff and will lead the in-country support office (ICSO) Responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. Attend meetings and conferences as necessary. Overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality service is delivered, schedules are adhered to, financial controls are established, and complete customer satisfaction is achieved. Help resolve contractual and programmatic issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to Task Orders issued under the IDIQ Contract. Deployment required for this position. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: US Citizen. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university FSI level 3/3 Spanish, English level 5/5. Five (5) years of project/program management experience, international law enforcement, and/or criminal justice assistance. Eight (8) years of professional experience as a manager. Strong organization and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills. PMP certification with demonstrated success applying PMI project management concepts and practices is desired.
