Job Description for the Wellness Director: The primary purpose of the Wellness Director is to provide direct and individual nursing care to residents. The Wellness Director works as a part of the nursing team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care and implement interventions. Provides direct resident care and treatments, including, but not limited to: Prepares administers and records medications in accordance with community policy.
