Your Impact The Aspiranet WAI Manager is responsible for supporting the agency's quality improvement process and training activities related to all funder and governing bodies' regulations, agency policies and procedures, and accreditation standards. Major responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance of the agency's accreditation status; assisting in the development of data measurements; assisting in the analyzing of agency performance; suggesting plans for improvement; supporting the WAI Director's management of agency's best practice review, environment of care review, and mock surveys; participating in the oversight of and updating of Aspiranet policies and procedures; and, working with divisional leadership on WAI associated projects. The WAI Manager works with the WAI Director in identifying, developing, and implementing basic agency wide practice trainings. Your Skills and Duties Assist in the development, coordination, and management of wellness, assurance, and impact efforts, quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions. Support the oversight and guidance of Best Practice and Environment of Care Reviews. Assist in the oversight of the adherence to the confidentiality of records in accordance with federal, state, and other funder requirements. Support the review process of Aspiranet policies and procedures. Work closely with WAI Director, Associate Core Division Directors and Core Division Directors in developing program policies which meet funder, regulatory bodies, and accreditation standards. Support the WAI Director's efforts in the development of WAI corrective plans. Assist in the planning and implementation of agency-wide basic practice training. Assists in the development of curricula/curriculum, schedules, implements, and evaluates trainings to meet accreditation standards. Support the WAI Director's oversight of the grievance and appeal process for all client complaints. Support the oversight of the requests for confidential client information. Work in tandem with WAI Director to prepare the agency for The Joint Commission re-accreditation processes. Works with various directors and managers in the organization to obtain the necessary data, reports, and summaries to incorporate into larger quality and training quarterly and annual reports. Assists in the monitoring, and review of information from quality management data, events, or the environment to detect or assess problems and develop subsequent training. Under the direction of the WAI Director, provides consultation to management or other groups on systems or process-related topics related to quality management and learning. Education & Work Experience Master's Degree in Social Work or related field OR Bachelor's Degree with experience A minimum of two years' experience in quality management, compliance, quality assurance, quality control; including one year in a health or human service agency. Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record Compensation: This is a full-time exempt position with an annual salary $80-85 Benefits: Aspiranet is a collaborative environment where everyone has a voice in creating the best possible outcomes for our clients and our staff.
