New Projects Welding Engineer
We are helping a client that is looking for a New Projects Welding Engineer on their team. The engineering roles are broad allowing the opportunity for process planning, process design, PLC, electrical, mechanical, tool design, etc., not doing the same thing every day.
Positions are for new product implementation, not dealing with day-to-day production issues.

Full Time Direct Hire
Background Requirements
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and principles is preferred
Possess mechanical (e.g. tool/die, CAD design) and electrical skills (e.g. welding, robotics, PLC)
Experience and knowledge of manufacturing materials (stainless steels, tool steels, etc).
Automotive assembly methods background
Working knowledge of Toyota Production Systems, manufacturing equipment, processes, and materials
Demonstrated problem solving skills and project management skills
Possess a positive attitude and be a motivated self-starter
Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team environment
