Oak Forest Health and Rehab is hiring a weekend supervisor to oversee our skilled nursing units. This position is responsible for managing the day to day clinical needs of our residents, staff and families. Consistent, excellent communication is vital. The supervisor reports to the ADON and DON and works cohesively with our nurse leadership to provide exceptional care. Shifts would be 12 hours Saturday and Sunday with one 8 hour shift during the week or 16 hours Saturday and Sunday . We are currently offering a $3000 sign on bonus for a qualified full time candidate. A valid NC RN license is required.
