$2,500 NEW HIRE BONUS PAID QUARTERLY OVER A YEAR
RN supervisory responsibilities include:
- Supervise and lead nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of care plans for residents.
- Monitor and assess residents' health, intervening as necessary to address changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and nursing policies.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
RN supervisor qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Proven experience as an RN supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with nursing home regulations and standards.
