Job Summary:As a RN - Registered Nurse - Telemetry, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education of assigned patients.
- Administer urgent care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Assess the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patient's family/significant others
- Comply with CLIA Standards
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Qualifications:- Registered Nurse in Illinois.
- Associates in Nursing, BSN preferred.
- CPR certification.
