Water Restoration Field Supervisor

Right Restoration is looking for a Water Restoration Field Supervisor to join our team in Toledo, OH. We are looking for a Leader who excels in problem solving, communication, and team development. One that will lead by example and display pride in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of how water mitigation projects are to be performed. Industry skills, proficient with mitigation equipment and instruments that are utilized on projects.

• Oversee crews of technicians on residential and commercial mitigations

• Assist in coordinating jobs and maintaining job documentation

• Focus on the completion of projects while ensuring top of the line Customer Service

• Maintain daily schedule for projects and crews

Job Requirements:

• Professional appearance and personality

• Positive attitude with a desire to help others

• Physically able to perform duties

• Team player who can work independently

• Must have previous water mitigation experience or another related industry occupation- IE. Carpet cleaning, fire/smoke, construction.

• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
