Job Description: As a Water, Fire, and Mold Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses affected by water, fire, and mold damage. Your responsibilities will include: Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergency situations involving water, fire, or mold damage. Assessment and Inspection: Conducting thorough assessments and inspections to determine the extent of damage and necessary restoration procedures. Restoration: Performing water extraction, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation using industry-standard techniques and equipment. Documentation: Accurately documenting all restoration activities, including before-and-after photos, and maintaining detailed records. Customer Interaction: Communicating effectively with clients to explain the restoration process, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration services. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in water, fire, and mold restoration is preferred. Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) is a plus. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environmental conditions. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures and protocols. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
