Overview
Warehouse Supervisors lead and manage warehouse operations and employees while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Improve employee productivity through coaching and instruction.
- Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
- Assist co-workers and customers.
- Perform administrative tasks and duties including data entry and system updates within the ERP system and associated software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Perform inventory management and housekeeping duties.
- Perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.
- Knowledge of basic computer software.
- Ability to resolve problems both internally and with customers.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay rate $20.77 an hour.
