LOG-ON - one of NY Metros largest print, mail, signage and fulfillment providers for over 35 years - is looking to hire a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join us. We are looking to hire someone who is responsible, motivated and shows the utmost attention to detail. Strong time management and communication skills are critical. As part of the Shipping & Receiving team, you will help manage our multitude of incoming and outgoing shipments. We need someone ready to break down skids, move pallets, receive product, pack boxes, prepare shipments, etc Additionally, we are looking for someone with experience driving Commercial Vans and Box Trucks to assist in our various pickups/deliveries for our clients and vendors. Applicants must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record (CDL not required). Most importantly, we are looking for a team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done (especially during our busy season).

Our facility is located in Jersey City, NJ right next to Hoboken and is about a 10-minute walk from the Newport PATH station; LOG-ON shuttle offered twice a day. The position is fully in-person and reports to the office each day (Monday Friday; 9:00a - 5:30p).

Responsibilities Include:

Receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
Assisting with entering and removing inventory, receiving deliveries from trucks, moving and breaking down skids, etc.
Use of a Pallet Jack (manual and electric willing to train)
Packing materials to be shipped
Assisting with Inventory Management (entering new items / removing items when used)
Email communication involving receiving shipping requests and replying with tracking upon completion
Driving a 26 Box Truck and Transit vans
Picking up or dropping off materials to the USPS as well as our local 3rd party vendors
Delivering materials to clients in NJ and NY
Driving employees to and from PATH train and/or multiple offices
Assisting installation team with signage and plexiglass installation
Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License Required
Experienced and Ready to Drive Box Truck on Day 1
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management (sense of urgency)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer and MS Office proficiency
Ability to stand, walk, grip, kneel, & bend 8+ hours daily
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Experience with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other shipping providers a plus
