Warehouse Logistics Assistant

is seeking to hire a Warehouse Logistics Assistant for our client in King Of Prussia, PA.

Weekly Pay.
$25.30/Hour
Shift = 2nd (mon-friday) 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Training Schedule = Worker will initially start on a 7:30 AM t4:00 PM shift for approximately 1 month to build in training, then shift t11:00 AM t7:30 PM for a second month, then finally t3:00 PM - 11:30 PM tallow for training and team interface.

Please note that this is a hand-on skilled warehousing position with approximately 50/50 between equipment operation and systems tasks.
Experience w/ receiving materials, systematic accounting,
System experience - SAP / ERP systems
Job Purpose: Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within a cGMP warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
General
Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move stock or organize materials
Utilizes computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks
Models behaviors aligned with GSK's values and expectations
Shipping and Receiving
Performs receipt and quarantine of incoming cGMP raw materials in SAP per quality and safety requirements
Stages raw materials for sampling and inspection following appropriate material specifications and input into sample tracking system
Assists with the shipping of bulk product per cGMP procedures to ensure quality, integrity and on time delivery
Performs receipt and deliver of parcels tall site personnel
Inventory Control
Ensures inventory levels remain accurate in SAP and perform periodic inventory checks
Delivers materials to production in timely manner and with good quality practices
Performs bulk freeze down transfer procedures including use of controlled rate freezing equipment
Participates in cycle counts of all warehouse managed materials
Job Related Experience
Warehouse and material handling experience
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Material handling forklift training (will be provided on the job if candidate does not already possess)
Basic computer literacy: Excel, Word
Good reading, writing and communication skills
Other Job-Related Requirements
Physical requirements including stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting up t50lbs
Will be performing job functions in a cGMP warehouse
