Warehouse Clerk

2nd Shift - 2p-10:30pm

Training Hours: M-Fr, 6am - 2:30pm

Training can last as long as needed

Plasma Operations:

" Supports all local Manufacturing Plasma Operations.

" Receive physically and electronically plasma shipments.

" Main responsibility is the Automated and Manual Disposition of plasma units based on

the teardown schedule.

" Help with the Staging of Disposition plasma to be delivered to production.

" Segregate questionable plasma units found in any area of the +5 C area and -20 C area to

be process as On Hold or Quarantine status.

" Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts and pallet-jack)

" Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines and operate in compliance

with FDA, OSHA, and MSDS.

" Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams.

" Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion.

" Participate in both departmental projects and any quality working teams which may be

applicable.

" Responsible for keeping an updated record of training, including new revision on

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) as well as any other training that is required for

the department.

" May perform other duties as assigned.

" Normally requires a HS Diploma and minimum 2+ years of related experience.

" 3-5 years of warehouse and/or technical office experience preferred.

" 2 years of stand-up forklift experience preferred.

Requires strong interpersonal and organization skills.

Proficient in warehouse management systems and PC environments.

Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift and other material handling powered equipment.

Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.

Must be able to work in a cold environment.

Plasma Operations:

Must be able to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning. Will be

required to follow gowning requirements and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands,

feet and body.

Will work in a cold environment.

Must be able to work multiple shifts, including weekends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Must be able to work overtime as required.
