Warehouse CDL Driver

Position Summary The Yard Jockey will be responsible for the organization and product movement between warehouses. This position will help support the production team by counting, staging, and transferring product needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transfer 53ft trailers between warehouses as needed. Prepare and stage production ingredients to be transferred. Assist in coordinating organization of warehouse storage and FIFO processes. Co-Ordinate daily/weekly with Production team on production needs Shuttle equipment to/from Penske for maintenance/repairs Ensure that inbound frozen and finished good product is securely wrapped prepared to ship, is in coordination with quality assurance procedures, and documented appropriately. Maintain cleanliness of food-grade warehouse environment Perform regular forklift operations. Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs inspections of vehicles prior to use and at the end of each shift. Maintain yard cleanliness. Occasional backup shifts for local CDL drivers. Non-Essential Job Duties May perform similar and incidental duties as required.
