Warehouse/ General Laborer
We are seeking warehouse staff to support companies throughout the Greater Fairfield County with seasonal projects throughout the end of the year. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the the following:
- Daily unloading from trucks returning from job sites, loading of finished equipment for installs.
- Spotting damages and reporting to senior staff on duty.
- Ability to learn the part names and use of general equipment.
- Work in team environment preparing equipment to be used in the field.
- May require assisting in various tasks at field locations.
- Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying 75lbs and continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of your work day.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- High school degree
- Steel toed work boots and reflective work jackets
- Ability to work up to 6 days, 8-12 hours daily if needed
