Description:

Support field with deliveries of parts and material as needed.

Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.

Ensuring the safe use of the warehouse equipment.

Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with the Production Manager and other management staff.

Communicate with other departments to ensure products are received and distributed in a timely manner.

Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.

Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.

Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

Receive and count stock items, and record data for company and accounting ledgers.

Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.

Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.

Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.

Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.

Aid or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or field personnel.

Verify accuracy of orders on all equipment, inventory, or other assets.

Dispose of damaged or defective items, or return them to vendors.

Recommend disposal or return of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.

Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.

Clean and maintain facilities, supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and tidy work space.

Deliver parts to and from job sites and or warehouses/suppliers.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Positive attitude focused on helping others

Excellent verbal and written communications.

Good computer skills. Knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc.

Demonstrated ability to manage a complex working environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Learn and implement Service Titan.


To adequately perform the duties of this job the employee is regularly and routinely required to stand for long periods of time, drive an automobile, manipulate a computer keyboard consistently and accurately. Required to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more. The employee must be able to articulately communicate by voice. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.



Compensation details: 18-24 Hourly Wage
