Overview: Location: Killeen,TX
Duration: Full-time, Permanent, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY A successful Warehouse Associate is responsible for transporting packages and other merchandise from the warehouse to different locations. Warehouse drivers strictly follow route sheets to avoid delays in the delivery . At a minimum, the position requires good organizational skills as this person will be doing inventory along with delivery of those items.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from designated sites.
• Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES • At least one year of Forklift experience
• Good organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and record inventory intake
• Strong work ethic, leads by example and does what it takes to get the job done
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various other software programs for data entry
• Ability to communicate with clarity at the frequencies required by management and customers
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as required
• Work independently with minimal supervision
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Must be 21 or older
• Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check
• High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
• Forklift experience
• Valid CDL
