Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inbound and outbound shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring that all products are stored in the appropriate freezer conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklift operations, inventory management, and inbound and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and freezer storage.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts to move products throughout the warehouse and load and unload shipments.
• Ensure that all products are stored in the appropriate freezer conditions and that the freezer is maintained at the correct temperature.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored in their designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse lead or similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
• Experience with forklift operations, inventory management, and inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ability to work in a freezer environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
