- Complete underwriting and detailed analysis of all commercial, construction and residential lending opportunities and prepare credit committee approval memos for presentation to executive loan committee.
- Proactively identify credit risks on new and existing loan portfolio. Assist in managing a portfolio of active loans. Conduct periodic reviews of loan portfolio, attend project site inspections and client meetings.
- Direct contact with the Borrower and all areas within the bank and with outside vendors including appraisers, legal counsel and general contractors.
- Manage relationship/credit throughout the loan's full life cycle, including loan request, initial credit review/deal sizing, prequalification, due diligence, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management and payoff.
