Requirements:
- 10+ Years + in steel/metal fabrication industry
- 3+ years of Management &/or Senior Leadership expertise
- 3+ of Project Management experience
- 2+ years of Detailing/CAD experience
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Essential Duties:
- Manage Project Teams (Estimates/Proposals, Project Management/Schedule, Programming/Detailing)
- Oversee Checkers
- Supervise Purchasing department (Stock Material, Project Materials, Subcontractors, Logistics)
- Responsible for knowing market conditions/price fluctuations
- Responsible for Vendor/Subcontractor management
- Manages Customer Relationships
- Coordinates with President/Executives on Business Development and assigns work/accounts
- Approves Bids
- Coordinate with Master Planner on Man Hours & Lead-Time
- Accountable for Revenue Goals/Quota, Gross Profit Margin, Quote Accuracy, and Compliance with Quality Management System
- Leads weekly Project Management Meetings
- Directs/Attends Project Kick-off Meetings
- Oversees Process Requirements/Adherence to MRP & Quoting/Job System
