Position Responsibilities:
  • Successfully lead all provider implementation activities for the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segment.
  • Develop, own, and oversee the provider implementation strategy, project management, and playbook to deliver value to providers through expedited onboarding timelines, increased customer adoption and proficiency, and reduced post sale churn.
  • Partner with the Interoperability, Customer Education & Training, Customer Success, and Technical Customer Care groups to align on implementation best practices and set a standard for how this comapny implements new provider customers.
  • Manage all implementation KPI's and report monthly on performance to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and optimize core teams around each provider market segment.
  • P&L ownership and management
  • Other responsibilities as communicated, align with typical leadership responsibilities (i.e. owning and managing daily standups, weekly and monthly meetings, and 1:1's, etc ).
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, with 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of implementation and project management standards and best practices.
  • Knowledge of the 21st Century CURES Act and corresponding EVV requirements, Medicaid revenue cycle, and Medicaid billing rules.
  • An engaging leader with an executive presence who sets and maintains high standards, leads by example, and holds themselves and their staff accountable in over-achieving KPI's and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence through partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and 3rd parties.
  • Demonstrated experience in building scalable and repeatable processes in a system of record SaaS implementation organization.
  • Track record of hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high performing staff.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in system of record SaaS software implementation, with provider healthcare experience strongly preferred.
