SOFTWARE: Procore (must have), Sage Intacct, AppFolio
- Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions, i ncluding compliance management, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation. - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
Manage Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual accounting functions.
Managing the accounting function for both the CONSTRUCTION and the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT businesses.
Review and reconcile bank accounts.
Account Payable and Receivable.
Mortgage review and payments.
Review AIA loan draws.
