VP Finance, North America
Our client, a Greater Hartford Area organization, is currently seeking a strategic VP of Finance to lead the North American region capable of providing leadership both financially and operationally. The success of this role is based on an individual who is very hands-on, deeply involved with their team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellance.

About the VP Finance role:
• Partnering closely with the executive leadership team, implement measures to reduce inefficiencies and costs.
• Direct the operational plans based on forecasts, analysis and key initiatives.
• Implement the overall budget plan for North America.
• Day to day hands on management including overseeing and lead the finance team to timely financial reports and analysis.
• Highly involved in strategic initiatives such as due diligence and negotiations on contracts, banking/sureties relationships, etc.
• Develop strategic and operational plans.
• Hands on leader, driving the team from a developmental perspective.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the VP Finance
• BS Accounting, CPA is highly desired.
• 10 plus years of Financial Leadership role within a manufacturing industry.
• Experience in ERP implementations/upgrading systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
