The Role

The Chapter Leader (CL) position within the Wealth Women s product team combines deep business and product strategy skills; knowledge of customers needs to develop financial products and experiences; and passion for mentoring and developing our associates. It reports to the Women s Product Area Leader.

The CL directly manages a team of Client Solution Consultants (CSC). These associates are focused on driving the work forward in partnership with other multi-functional teams members. The CL supports these team members with the growth and development of their knowledge area and on how to implement while ensuring alignment on the work they perform. The CL is a trusted business leader and consultant to the product area.



The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor s degree required with 12 + y ears professional experience
  • 7 + years Financial Services experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required ( or 9/10 in place of 24) upfront or within a period determined by the business
  • Depth of knowledge: in financial products, digital marketing, account opening, communications and servicing, current and evolving consumer strategies, initiatives, and solutions to drive positive customer, and business outcomes.
  • B2B2C partner & business model and women s segment experience preferred but not required
  • Success in building relationships to:
    • Collaborate and break down silos between business units to share knowledge and expertise creating one team environment
    • Partner with product leaders in developing shared accountability for team members to add value in product development, experience and offering innovation and align with appropriate standards
  • Minimum 5 years leading, developing and enabling teams, including but not limited to:
    • Train and develop programs as well as hands on support so that chapter members reach their highest potential and deliver business results
    • Partner with business leaders on capacity planning and resource optimization to support business products and initiatives
    • Collaborate with team/squad leaders to understand performance and capability development of chapter members
    • Participate and provide thought leadership in key business processes such as quarterly planning, retros and release planning

The Women Investor Product Area is a key part of the TEM & Lifetime Engagement Domain within the Wealth Organization. The domain is passionate about becoming our customers primary financial partner by delivering integrated experiences, content and solutions that are personalized and relevant in the context of their financial lives. You ll work on creating great digital customer experiences and supporting front-line associates in how they interact with these experiences.
