Job Description of the VoIP Technician:
In this role, you'll be providing technical support to clients for their VoIP products. You'll be involved in monitoring and supporting existing systems. You'll also participate in design, configuration, networking and installation of VoIP solutions.
Preferred Experience for the VoIP Technician:
- Experience with VoIP and telecommunications systems.
- Exposure to VoIP systems such as Mitel, RingCentral, UCaaS Cloud Voice, etc.
- Foundational networking knowledge with routing, switching, VLANs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Bonus Experience for the VoIP Technician:
- Certifications in Mitel MiVoice Business, Mitel MiVoice Connect, RingCentral, Zoom, Cisco, ShoreTel, etc.
