Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future The Voice Administrator II administers and maintains voice communication systems, which encompasses the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of voice system hardware and related components. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation of voice systems, implementing necessary upgrades or enhancements at the direction of senior voice/system administrators. Works with auditing and IT leadership teams to conduct routine system audits and identify and resolve security and performance issues. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining voice systems. Preferred Qualifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 15lbs Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance The projected compensation range for this position is $64,900-$108,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
