JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a VLSI Circuit Design Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge semiconductor technology projects. This 100% remote role (with a hybrid option in Austin, TX) focuses on deep sub-micron IC logic, ASIC, and Custom Design utilizing Client's PROM IP across a range of applications. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and creativity, contributing significantly to our mission of advancing semiconductor technology.

Collaborate with the design team for understanding and defining physical design specifications for mixed-signal circuits.

Execute floor planning, power planning, and placement for digital and analog blocks.

Validate physical design through static timing and noise analysis.

Characterize and analyze power grid using industry-standard tools.

Address physical design issues, implement design updates, and ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements through coordination with DRC/LVS teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in VLSI Circuit Design and familiarity with design tools like Cadence Virtuoso, HSPICE, and ADE.

Proficiency in physical design methodologies and tools such as Primetime, StarRC, and Redhawk.

Experience with scripting languages (Python, TCL, Perl) for design automation and quality analysis.
