Visitor Control Specialist with Security Clearance

Syntelligent is hiring for a Visitor Control Specialist with a TS/SCI level clearance to support a government customer. Location: Liberty Crossing Intelligence Campus, 1500 Tysons McLean Dr, McLean, VA 22102 and/or ICC-B, 4600 Sangamore Rd, Bethesda, MD 20816 Shift: No (covering hours between 6am - 6pm, M-F) Provide visitor and badge management at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) front desk by processing customer services requests, conducting visitor management, utilizing the access control systems, and creation of a variety of different badges for Intelligence Community personnel. All visitors will pass through the VCC and it serves as the first interaction the Sponsor's guests have with the facility. Basic Functions Performed: Receive and process visitors and guests for facility access Issue badges (renewals, temporary or visitor) in accordance with operations SOPs Operate Visitor Management systems (RAPIDS) Conduct Badge management to include printing, maintaining records and auditing the access control system Familiar with HID 5000 or similar badge production Basic Qualifications: Active INDUSTRIAL SECURITY STAFF LIKE ACCESS/TOP SECRET (ISSA/TS) clearances required 1 year of proven experience in customer service or security administration Associate degree or 2-3 years of additional professional work experience Online applications, please.
