Compensation: This is an employed opportunity. Very competitive base salary plus incentives and production bonuses are both available. Rich benefits plan covering health, dental, life, malpractice, CME allowance, etc. Relocation and sign-on bonuses negotiable. J1 & H1b candidates are welcome.
