Job Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - New Mexico
Location: Virtual/Remote (District in New Mexico)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to support student progress
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
Provide guidance and support for speech and language strategies
Participate in virtual team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development activities
Stay updated on best practices, research, and technology in speech-language therapy
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid New Mexico state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as an SLP
Experience with school-aged children and IEP process
Proficient in telepractice platforms and technology tools
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage caseload
Commitment to ongoing professional development
