Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a virtual School-Based Speech Language Pathologist. As an independent contractor, you will provide speech therapy services to K-12 students in a West Virginiaschool districtthrough our secure online platform. This is a flexible opportunity that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students through live video conferencing sessions.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid West Virginiastate licenseas a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
Must pass a VocoVision technical screening (showing knowledge of the platform Zoom)
