Job Details

Responsibilities:
As the Vice President of Reroofing, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies for the reroofing department to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee all reroofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in order to keep the company competitive and innovative.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to reroofing and construction.
• Participate in high-level negotiations and business development activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Reroofing role will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in commercial roofing construction, with a particular focus on reroofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction and the ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• A deep understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• The ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of construction and reroofing.
