With amazing opportunities ahead of us, Creatio is looking for a VP of Finance, to oversee Creatio's finance operations: accounting, taxes and payroll.

The role will cover the following areas: Leadership
- Lead and own accounting, taxes and payroll functions of the company.
- Ensure that the right processes, structures, and level of reporting are in place to efficiently lead and oversee finance operations.
- Manage finance, enable the teams to efficiently deliver the results.
- Drive strategic initiatives, uncover new areas of growth.
- Effectively collaborate with internal / external stakeholders.
Finance
- Develop, implement & continuously improve financial strategy of the company.
- Forecast and analyze financial SaaS metrics (GAAP & Non-GAAP).
- Drive the company's long-term and short-term financial planning.
- Supervise financial reporting and budgeting.
- Implement internal control systems.
- Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments.
- Ensure compliance with the local fiscal laws & regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; Master's degree is a preference.
- CPA is a preference.
- 7+ years of experience in the field of finance, accounting and taxes is required, at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Director, Head or VP).
- Experience in a global company with operations in multiple geographies is required.
- Combination of a startup experience with a global corporate experience is a preference.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a preference.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to combine strategic vision and leadership with a hands-on approach.
