What You'll Do: This position facilitates the development and implementation of the College's strategic enrollment management plan, promotes institution-wide recruitment, retention, and completion of initiatives, and collaborates with faculty, staff, administration, student organizations, and community groups to ensure all students have access to all resources. Enrollment Services Enacts enrollment services processes across their assigned region, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, system, and Arizona College policies and rules, including providing guidance and cataloguing processes. Leads and develops enrollment services staff. Upholds key performance metrics through training, coaching, remediation. and lifting barriers. Collects, catalogues, and generates growth and improvement plans using metric data. Coordinates interdepartmental teams. Advocates and liaises with internal and external constituents for issues related to access, admissions policies, scholarships, and financial aid guidelines. Collaborates with academic leadership on student success and retention. Evaluates and improves practices that impact the student enrollment experience, ensuring timely, effective, and positive engagement with students and families throughout their experiences with admissions. Human Resources Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to develop and monitor systems, processes related to Human Resources. Conducts hiring, training, measuring, motivating, staff development, team building and terminating of personnel when necessary. Leadership Leads and manages diverse teams, establishing and implementing a shared, innovative vision and strategies for achievement. Fosters leadership with the highest level of commitment to advancing the organization's enrollment goals. Oversees leadership in the following areas of service: Admissions, Financial Aid, Enrollment Planning, and Inquiry Management. Assists with projects, implementations, and provides insight into the development of Enrollment Services documentation and process. Management Engages in an analytical, empirical, data-driven approach to decision-making and facilitate a culture of evidence in enrollment management and student success. Works cooperatively to develop grant proposals and seek external funding for initiatives that support student recruitment, learning and success. Other duties as assigned. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A degree from an accredited institution in higher education administration or related area. Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education Proven project management and change management skills with record of achieving results across a broad portfolio.
