Choreo seeks a Vice President of Advisory Services to partner with a team of Regional Leaders and Advisory teams to develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients. This leader will report to the Senior Vice President of Advisors, and will focus on enhancing our Wealth Advisory division's overall client experience and retention. In addition, the leader will ensure business development plans are created and executed on, ensuring new business goals and company metrics are achieved. The Vice-President of Advisory Services will help shape Choreo's future client experience strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The VP will partner with and support the wealth advisory team in delivering best-in-class advice and service in order to exceed client expectations and drive both retention and new client creation.
  • Work with Regional Leaders to create market-level business plans, extending through the business plan of offices and individual advisors. Work closely with future business development officers to ensure new business goals are met in the leader's territory.
  • Help retain and expand client base through rigorous accountability to the business plan, utilizing KPI analysis, CRM monitoring, and collaboration with marketing utilizing drip campaigns and other firm resources and tools
  • Partner with and mentor the regional advisor teams, developing local office tactics to align with firm initiatives and track success against firm-defined goals
  • Help roll out new service offerings and strategic initiatives in their territory in a consistent manner across the various offices
  • Partner with Marketing and Platform Management to leverage existing technology, tools and resources. Help identify additional resources needed to enhance client relationship strategy
  • Acts as the liaison between the executive team and advisory offices to align messaging and share results and opportunities for change

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in financial planning or a related field
  • 8 or more years of experience in a related role or industry
  • Series 65 required; CFP or similar designation preferred
  • Willingness to obtain additional licenses and/or designations as required
  • Experience as an investment advisor with subject matter expert-level knowledge related to advisor responsibilities and business needs
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and lead others
  • Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to travel an estimated 30 - 50%
