Are you an experienced financial services professional with a proven ability to deliver results that help respond to the needs of complex financial intermediary clients? Help us grow our institutional business and strengthen relationships within the Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions (FCCS) organization. The CE Custody Vice President is responsible for providing business planning, direction and leadership to the Custody s Service Teams which are in Smithfield RI and Westlake TX as well as leading strategic initiatives and representing the CE Custody organization within broader FI.

The Expertise You Have

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant full-time work experience, including, but not limited to people management, project management, program management and brokerage service/operations.
  • Knowledge of FCCS RIA custody: clients, products, and client experience operations
  • Undergraduate degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Strong people management skills
  • Series 7 & 24 lincenses required day on the job.
  • Executive presence and confidence to present a point of view to senior level decision makers, strong public speaking skills and ability to engage an audience.
  • Experience leading project-based work across an organization; strong knowledge of data analytics to address business problems.
  • Experience with XTRAC, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint

The Purpose of Your Role

The Vice President will play a leadership role in supporting the overall daily operations as well as leading/supporting the evaluation, development, and assessment of individual goals and initiatives. The Custody VP will also be responsible for leading the team and providing strategic direction for the organization. The role involves coordinating and acting as a primary contact for team efforts with business partners across multiple functions, including Relationship Management, Sales, Technology, Product, Finance, and Consulting. Your role will also champion change in the custody client management organization that creates a better client and associate experience. Working with our many partners in FCCS, Product, Technology, Human Resources and Finance, you will drive initiatives that enhance our custody client service model and deliver on KPI goals. You will report to the senior vice president of the CE Custody client management team.

The Client Experience (CE) team drives the service strategy and initiatives for clients of Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions (FCCS). In the clearing space, these intermediaries include banks and broker dealers Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions (FCCS) provides clearing, custody, and technology solutions to financial intermediaries including broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, bank & trust institutions, third-party administrators, and family offices. FCCS currently generates $1.8B of annual revenue and provides scale to the rest of the Fidelity brokerage platform. FCCS has experienced unprecedented growth of assets, revenue, and profit over the last 5 years and now contributes materially to the overall bottom line for Fidelity.
