Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Lead to join our Client Engagement organization. In this role, you will own and drive strategic programs advancing Epsilon's process improvement initiatives. You will work across all functions and many stakeholders to manage conflicting priorities and create alignment. You will be instrumental in integrating and streamlining various sales and client engagement process components as well as creating governance frameworks to ensure visibility, transparency, and efficiency across internal and client-facing functions with focus on profitable revenue growth and alignment to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the envisioning, designing, and implementation of organizational transformation programs and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with all functions across the organization, working hand-in-hand with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage potential conflicts.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility, transparency, and efficiency in various internal processes.
  4. Streamline the sales process, focusing on achieving desirable outcomes such as profitable revenue and alignment with the overall business strategy.
  5. Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for transformation and lead change management efforts.
  6. Facilitate and drive performance management processes.
  7. Champion a positive change culture and foster innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  8. Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role in adtech and martech environment.
  2. Extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation.
  3. Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency in project management software tools.
