Job Description:
The Role Fidelity Workplace Investing(WI) is seeking a Generative AI Architect who will play an instrumental role in driving Generative AI vision, strategy, and architecture. The selected candidate will work closely with other AI/ML and Solution Architects in WI and Enterprise teams in defining robust GenAI framework and in enabling stakeholder use cases.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring - Education - BS or MS required.
- 15+ years of professional technology experience with a minimum 5+ years of architecture experience in Data, Analytics and AI/ML space.
- Ability to formulate Data & AI/ML Strategy, Conceptual Architecture and work with development teams to execute the strategy.
- Experience in building prototypes, driving Pilot and PoCs, and exploring new solutions.
- Experience with RAG and Chatbot application development is desirable
- Demonstrated experience developing enterprise applications and data solutions in the cloud - Azure/AWS
- Experience in designing, testing and deploying machine learning frameworks to rapidly iterate on model development & deployment
- Experience working with data engineers and data scientists to implement AI, ML & NLP techniques for variety of use cases using industry frameworks.
- Strong understanding of generative AI techniques, including deep generative models, auto regressive models, prompt engineering and reinforcement learning for generative tasks.
- Expertise with LLMs (Microsoft Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrock and other LLM models)
- Some experience on vector databases (preferably Redis and AWS Opensearch) and of document chunking (including models used for chunking)
- Hands on experience using LLM related application frameworks, preferably Langchain.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and management in the Generative AI space including experience with LLMOps.
- Experience with cloud service provider ML ecosystem such as AWS SageMaker & Azure ML
- Experience working with machine learning algorithms such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, etc
- Experience working with NLP based algorithms such as BERT, ALBERT and deep learning algorithms such as CNN, RNN, RBM, AutoEncoders, etc
- Strong experience in programming languages such as Python, Java
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex designs and solutions to non-technical and highly technical audiences alike.
Certifications Certification in AI/ML, Generative AI technologies on AWS/Azure platforms preferred.
