About the Role: With support from the Senior Vice President of Product - and in partnership with clinical and operational stakeholders across the organization - the Vice President will scope new or enhanced interventions in alignment with EQHs high-level Care Model strategy, and will oversee the implementation of new interventions as they are introduced to EQH members. As a leader of the Care Model Advancement team, the Vice President will maintain a roadmap of planned and in-flight Care Model interventions, and will provide frequent updates to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, on the status of the teams work. Key Responsibilities: Support the scoping of new Care Model interventions, including the prioritization of candidate interventions based on their alignment with EQHs Care Model strategy and expected ROI. Maintain the roadmap that governs enhancements to EQHs Care Model. Lead cross-functional teams that scope and plan Care Model advancements and associated operational needs (workflows, technology requirements, key performance indicators, etc.). Oversee implementation of new and optimized program(s) and facilitate handoff to Operations following a successful proof-of-concept. Oversee performance against defined KPIs in partnership with Operations and identify opportunities for continued optimization. Partner with Marketing, Account Management, and Practice Performance functions to ensure that the value of the Care Model is well understood by all stakeholders and facilitate user groups to solicit feedback where appropriate. Provide ongoing updates to enterprise leadership on roadmap status, barriers, etc. Oversee and provide necessary support and mentorship to a multi-faceted team of Analysts and Program Managers within the Product team. Source and/or lead trainings that strengthen team member skills, address individual professional development needs and desires, and address gaps in team-wide skills and experience. Function as a leader and subject matter expert (SME) within Equality Healths Product team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field of study; or, an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Strategy, Program Development or Project Management overseeing complex, multi-tiered projects, and programs. Minimum three (3) years experience as a manager/people leader Minimum six (6) years healthcare experience; managed care or value-based contracting experience preferred, ideally in a Medicaid or Medicare setting. Minimum four (4) years of experience with responsibility for new product or program development in the healthcare industry Minimum four (4) years of experience as a people leader Successful record of managing multiple projects with demonstrated ability to influence and persuade in rapidly changing environments. Demonstrated verbal, written and presentation capabilities, sound reasoning and decision-making ability, and strong analytical problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based technologies Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Masters degree preferred. Formal Product Management, Project Management, or Six Sigma certification preferred. Prior experience in public health program design preferred. Prior experience in healthcare consulting preferred. Demonstrated ability to convey complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, and ability to interpret complex information from others.
