Engage8 Solutions has been working hard this year to expand our reach with our Verizon clientele. We have just opened up our location in the Nashville area and we are actively looking to grow our team by bringing on a new Verizon Account Representative.
Here at Engage8 Solutions, we handle all of the direct Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing work for our clients through our unique approach. Our Verizon Account Representatives work directly with customers of our clients, putting our focus on building lasting relationships. Our firm has found much success in helping to maintain and grow our client's customer base over the years and we have big goals set as we head towards the coming year. That is why we are currently seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, and a drive for success to join our team as the Verizon Account Representative.
Verizon Account Representative Responsibilities Include:

Fostering excellent customer relationships on behalf of our clients

Answering any and all product or service inquiries

Making suggestions of products and services that may fit the customer needs and wants

Up-selling on additional products or services

Completely closing sales when necessary

Attend daily Verizon Account Representative training sessions
