Responsibilities:
- Perform verification of accounts from paper and electronic listings.
- Update and maintain accurate information obtained through the verification process.
- Upload all relevant information for use by the Account Recovery Department.
- Process confidential information securely.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with computers and phones is beneficial.

Work Environment:
The Verification Specialist will work in a temperature-controlled office environment, seated at a desk during regular work hours. The role involves making telephone calls, typing on a standard keyboard, and reading and comprehending information from a computer terminal and written resources.
