Part-time Event Staff/Vendor Worker will work various Tradeshows, Fairs, Retail Kiosks and other events. At these events, Event Staff will be responsible for promoting our image, products, and services and will obtain accurate customer information and schedule sales appointments. May require assisting in the setup and teardown of display at times

What would make a good Brand Ambassador/Event Worker

This is an on-going part-time opportunity for Event Staff . A great opportunity for someone needing a supplemental income, a student or school teacher off in the summer, retired individuals, or a great way for stay-at-home mom's to get out to socialize and make some income. Basic training is provided on products on display, but sales are not made at the events. The main purpose of the Event Worker is to engage with consumers at Tradeshows, Fairs, Retail Kiosks, and other events in a friendly, professional manner, and collect contact information for those who are interested in the products. These will be followed up by experienced staff to answer questions and schedule appointments. Event Staff need to be reliable, outgoing, punctual, professional, friendly and accurate.

Responsibilities

The main purpose of the Event Staff is to engage with consumers at Tradeshows, Fairs, Retail Kiosks, and other events in a friendly, professional manner, and collect contact information for those who are interested in the products. These will be followed up by experienced staff to answer questions and schedule appointments.

Must Haves:

Outgoing personality

Professional

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as a team

Enthusiasm for motivating and interacting with people

Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills

Able to stand/sit for prolonged periods of time

Must be able to lift 15lbs at times

Valid Driver's license, proof of insurance, and excellent driving record

Reliable transportation

Able to accurately and clearly obtain contact information to relay back to the office

Nice to have:

Customer Service experience preferred.

Entry sales experience helpful
