Travel Required 60-50% Of the time. Company loves previous Diesel Mechanics, HVAC Candidates, and previous Valve Techs.

Job Description:

As a Valve Technician Assembler, you will be at the front of ensuring the functionality and safety of valves through a range of hands-on maintenance, machining, welding, troubleshooting, and repair tasks, all while adhering to stringent quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to conduct onsite assessments and maintenance, testing valves pre- and post-service, and completing comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols. With a strong foundation in manual machining and a commitment to excellence, you'll dismantle, inspect, clean, and reassemble valves with precision, utilizing various machining equipment as needed. Your ability to interpret schematics and identify potential failures will be crucial, as you provide recommendations to supervisors to optimize valve performance. This role demands flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for hands-on problem-solving as you travel between customer sites and our service center, ensuring that equipment and supplies are maintained to facilitate seamless operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise directly impacts operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
