Validation Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AVI Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting AVI load balancers, along with expertise in load balancer technologies such as NSX LB, Netscaler, or F5. The candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, a deep understanding of networking principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for AVI load balancers and associated technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to load balancer configurations, performance, and connectivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and address complex network problems.

Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of load balancing solutions.

Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and security of load balancer infrastructure.

Document processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in supporting AVI load balancers.

Strong understanding of load balancer technologies such as NSX LB, Netscaler, or F5.

Hands-on experience with network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).

Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues using packet capture and analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AVI Networks Certified Engineer, F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator) are a plus.
