User Experience Designer

(118,846.32/Year) Job Duties: Facilitating product vision by understanding business requirements and researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products to deliver complex software solutions; Championing new product software design ideas and methods of accomplishing stakeholder goals; Translating fuzzy concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences; Rapidly designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, from low to high fidelity; Identifying design problems and devising elegant digital solutions, and performing user research and strategy, Design for Accessibility, Responsive Design, and system design; Utilizing strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features; Utilizing user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designs, and using Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Invision, and Zeplin; Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders; and Creating new ideas and methods of accomplishing stakeholder goals. Job Requirements: Masters Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or a related technical or design field and experience, training or coursework in user research and strategy, design for accessibility, responsive design, and system design; and Experience, training, or coursework with using Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Invision, and Zeplin.
