Job Description: US Defense Finance Analyst

Job Duration: 12 months on W2

Job Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid

Our engines power aircraft in every major sector, including transport, combat, patrol, trainers, helicopters, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

As a US Defense Finance Analyst, your key accountabilities will include:

Financial Performance Reporting:

- Pull data together to assist in the analysis of the financial results at the end of each AP in accordance with regional and sector timelines

- Assist in tracking and analysis of costs on Projects within Defense Services

- Assist in research of variances between actual results and forecasted results in Defense Services.

Budgeting and forecasting:

- Support budgeting, Annual Target Setting, In-Year Forecasts, and other forecasts as required based on guidance from the Program and Financial Controller.

Business support:

- Research Cost postings to help the program with analysis of the project costs, pulling data from SAP and other sources as needed

- Reconcile accounts as needed

Ad hoc:

- Assists with ad hoc projects to support the business in finance and/or cross-functional business process improvement teams.

- Prepares and Submits Invoice Requests to NAFSC for both US Government and Non-Government Customers

- Supports other programs as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

" Associate s degree in Business or Finance and 4+ years experience in Business or Finance, or

" Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 0-1 year of experience in Business or Finance

" To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Requirements:

" Experience working as a business or financial analyst in a large corporation

" Experience with SAP

- 9 hours of accounting classes
