Additional Job Details: BU Defined Position Title: (No Value) Commodity Code: B97 Job Family: Staff Augmentation - Clerical/Administrative Job Function: Misc International travel: No What international locations will the contractor perform work in: (No Value) If the job requires international travel, have tax and legal approvals been obtained: (No Value) Compressed Work Week (CWW) or Alternative Work Schedule: Yes Rotational Roster: 9/80 Assignment Deliverables: Job Responsibilities: Act as single point of contact for information and guidance when conflict arises pertaining to the overall care of the equipment between interface owners Provide leadership in the implementation of the preservation program to ensure that equipment is cared and maintained in accordance with Manufacturer specification form fabrication time up to Final hand-over Maintain data collected from the Vendor and Fabrication Contractor's Preservation Team to track and verify that the equipment is preserved as per manufacturer specification Provide input to Preservation within the Mechanical Completion / pre-commissioning and Commissioning Dossiers Closely coordinate / supervise the activities of the Preservation team Provide reporting, carryout periodic audits and inspections and sign-off on site preservation task. - Managing the Preservation Database - Managing the Preservation Auditing and Inspection Schedule - Assisting with Periodic Vendor and Fabrication site Oversight of Preservation - Setup of Ballymore 2 Preservation Database and Auditing Schedule - Assisting with Vendor Preservation Enrollment and Training on Database Skills / Qualifications Evidence of formal Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Instrument and Electrical education Experience in similar position Significant Experience in Equipment Maintenance is beneficial Significant direct hands on experience in maintenance and reliability with construction in oil and gas processing is required Completion Management Software experience (PIMS) or similar completion systems Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Experience of multicultural project teams Management and supervision of Vendors / Suppliers -Food shoppes in area -Close to Buffalo Bayou Par
