The Position:
•Monday - Friday with protected admin time
•Work alongside 6 other Urologists; 6 APPs and multiple practice locations
•One full day of OR / 5-7 cases per day
•Robotics available
•18-22 patients per day in clinic
•Subspecialties welcomed
•Academic environment and Faculty Appointment if desired
Compensation / Benefits:
•Guaranteed 1st year salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years; estimate eligible compensation $730,000
•Full suite of benefits to include lifestyle spending account, 100% STD, malpractice and tail; impressive retirement contributions
•More than 40 days off per year
